Customers at reserve the right to return products received within 14 days of receipt. A prerequisite is that the products are in the state they were taken (sealed and without any damage) and have the invoice or retail receipt. We recommend careful check on receipt to avoid picking up products that have not arrived at you in perfect condition. Refund in the case of defective products is not possible. If and when the customer receives the order and is found to be defective – a broken product within it must be returned at our own cost to us to be replaced and sent back by us at our own expense. However, as far as external customers are concerned, the cost of receiving the defective product and the cost of dispatching the replacement of the customer, and only the customer.
